Why wait for a new year when we can let go of the old and bring in the new every month!

We will meet the last Monday of each month at 5pm Pacific/8pm Eastern for about 40 minutes (see actual dates for any exceptions).  Invite your pets!  Clearing our space is good for them too. Pets and children who are sensitive to energy often need us to do this on a regular basis.

Join me at the end of each month for:

• Guided exercises on letting go of old patterns, habits, or anything that does not serve us.
• Intention setting  and guided meditation or exercises to invite in what we want more of in our life.
• Space clearing - at the end of our time together we will take 10-15  minutes to  each clear the energy in  a  physical space of our own using sage or any clearing technique of your choice. If you are not familiar with clearing I will offer a simple technique you can do. We will check back in when finished  for the closing) or those who wish to can continue to finish clearing your space as needed).

I will record the meeting so you can watch and do the exercises and clearing the next day if you are unable to participate live. I encourage everyone to try to join live because our combined energy will support the group, and you will make sure you do the space clearing!  I suggest having sage, a bowl or shell to carry it and matches or a lighter, or any materials that you use for your method of space clearing.  Suggestions for where to buy and guidance for using  sage to clear the energy in your home (or office or car - you choose) will be sent by email prior to the event.  Participants are welcome to use any method of space clearing.
